A few of your responsibilities

  • Efficiently prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests
  • Maintain an extensive understanding of beverage products, flavours, and preparation methods
  • Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
  • Strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and regulations

What are we looking for

  • Bar experience with a comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends (highly regarded) 
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills      
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
  • Flexible availability with weekends essential
