JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us at Margaritaville Island Hotel, where the spirit of the tropics meets a laid-back paradise. We are currently looking for a vibrant Valet Parking Attendant to join our team. ย This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' experiences start off on the right foot by providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive. If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests, this job is for you.

ย RESPONSIBILITIESย 

  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment
  • Direct guests on parking and the check-in process
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have. This may include luggageย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย  ย retrieval or delivery to their room
  • Safely and responsibly handle guest vehicles, including parking and retrieval
  • Utilize manual transmission vehicles for parking when necessary
  • Majority of shifts are standing and does include walking
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push or pull up to 200lbs
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking areas
  • Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiencesย 

EXPERIENCEย 

  • Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Familiarity with valet parking procedures is advantageous
  • Bilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele
  • Experience as a delivery driver is a bonus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitudeย 

Job Type: Full-time / Part-timeย ย ย ย  Pay: Hourly + tips average $23ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Expected Hours: 35 โ€“ 40 weekly
