The TURNDOWN ATTENDANT is responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening by providing turndown service, which includes tidying the room, making the bed, replenishing amenities, and creating a relaxing atmosphere. This role also involves maintaining cleanliness standards and reporting any maintenance issues.
The Housekeeping Turndown Attendant provides turndown service in the evenings/nights and prepares the guestroom ambiance for guests to relax and sleep.
Position Requirements
Must have good guest service, communication and organizational skills. Ability to complete all tasks required by management. Possesses cleaning and stocking knowledge.
