What do you need to be a Construction Laborer with us?

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, crouch, and lift loads of 70-80 lbs for an 8-hour shift
  • Desire and ability to work outside

  • You must live on Kauai currently or already be planning to relocate to the island


Starting pay is $25+ depending on experience!
