Job Description:

Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for their Syracuse, NY location. In this role, you will service all equipment according to an established service schedule, and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our clients.

Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Service all HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule
  • Ensure that work is completed within company standards and within acceptable time frames
  • Troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems on-site
  • Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
  • Responsible for accurately documenting all work completed according to company policy
  • Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
  • Accountable for following all company safety procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years of commercial HVAC or related experience
  • EPA โ€“ Universal Certification preferred
  • OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
  • Valid driverโ€™s license / clean driving record required

The starting base range for this position is $38 to $45 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
