โ€ข Ensure project artifacts are current, accurate, and audit ready
โ€ข Enforce consistent templates, processes, and execution standards across workstreams
โ€ข Run working level syncs and execution checkpoints
โ€ข Capture decisions, actions, and risks clearly and concisely
โ€ข Communicate progress, blockers, and changes in a timely and structured manner
โ€ข Support leadership communications with clear, factual, and concise updates

โ€ข Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
โ€ข Proven experience managing RAID logs, action trackers, and delivery commitments
โ€ข Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple parallel efforts without losing execution rigor
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience supporting infrastructure, or engineering programs
โ€ข Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
