HPC-Industrial, powered by Cleanharbors, is seeking an experienced and safety-focused IS Project Manager in the Salt Lake City, UT area, to lead hydroblasting and industrial service operations. This position is responsible for managing multiple crews, overseeing field operations, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining strong customer relationships in demanding industrial environments.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage hydroblasting and industrial cleaning operations safely and efficiently
• Oversee multiple crews and coordinate daily project execution, manpower, equipment, and scheduling
• Promote and enforce all HPC-Industrial safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and in compliance with customer and company expectations
• Maintain accurate project documentation, job tracking, safety records, and reporting
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through professionalism and service excellence
• Train, mentor, and support Hydroblast Technicians and field personnel
• Support budgeting, project tracking, and administrative responsibilities related to field operations
• Perform Hydroblasting and vacuum truck services as needed
• Travel as required to support customer sites and operational needs
• Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• TWIC card required or ability to obtain one with company assistance available
• Must be able to wear protective clothing and equipment including, but not limited to, Nomex coveralls, respirators, hard hats, slicker suits, rubber boots, and other required PPE
• Must be clean shaven to meet respirator fit-testing and safety requirements
• Must be able to work in extreme climate conditions including high heat, humidity, cold temperatures, and physically demanding industrial environments
• Must be able to withstand exposure to dust, chemicals, fumes, exhaust, and high-pressure equipment
• Must be willing and able to travel as business needs require
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance standards
What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?
• Minimum 2+ years of verifiable industrial cleaning, hydroblasting, or related industrial services experience
• Previous leadership, foreman, superintendent, or project management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydroblasting equipment and vacuum truck operations
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead crews and manage operations in high-pressure industrial environments
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience working in refinery, petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred
