Resume to: taxstaffinggmail.com Under general direction of the VP of Tax---and and consistent with Company policy and generally accepted accounting and business principles, ensures compliance with transfer pricing regulations across the world, develops strategies to minimize worldwide income tax, and provides general advice and planning services to the business units where cross border transactions are present.
 
Primary Duties:
Manage the completion of contemporaneous documentation and analysis required to support intercompany cross border transactions across the Company including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, product sales, and services.
Identify and implement ongoing process improvements within the worldwide transfer pricing compliance area to improve efficiency, accuracy and the documentation of positions, including coordination with various members of the Corporate Tax department and finance personnel within the business units and Corporate Accounting.
Manage the completion and review the computations for the invoicing related to the management of IP. This includes but is not limited to the invoicing of royalties and engineering charges, ensuring proper legal documentation is in place (with support of Tax Counsel), the completion of various transfer pricing studies, and analysis to support the annual charges.
Provide support in identifying, documenting, and monitoring any uncertain tax positions under FIN48.
Contribute toward the completion and review of the quarterly effective rate and any estimated US income tax payments with respect to the transfer pricing aspects of these items.
Develop U.S. and non-U.S. staff through supervision, training, and exposure to skills development work experiences.
Contribute toward the successful completion of non US income tax audits that include transfer pricing issues.
Manage the collection of and monitor the completion of transfer pricing documentation for the US and other countries.
Assist in the management and implementation of tax planning projects that involve cross border transactions such as licensing of IP and/or cross border charges for services (i.e. management, engineering, etc) to minimize the income tax burden of the Company.
Assist in responding to IRS information requests with respect to transfer pricing matters
Assist in analyzing the tax effect of current or proposed transactions, including cross border transactions, acquisitions, and divestitures.
