Position Summary:
Villanova University invites applications for adjunct teaching positions in Irish Language for undergraduate courses only. The specific course involved is Introductory Irish. The applicant must be committed to excellence in the teaching of Irish.
Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. The University is an equal opportunity employer and seeks candidates who understand, respect and can contribute to the University's mission and values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teaching and related duties will vary with the specific course(s) being taught.
Minimum Qualifications:
Advanced degree in the humanities or a closely related discipline is required, but with demonstrable proficiency in Irish language.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous teaching experience preferred.
