Job Description:

Position Summary

We are seeking a Business Applications Analyst (also referred to as a Systems Analyst or Application Support Analyst) to support and optimize our core business applications. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our ERP platforms—IQMS, Radius, and Label Traxx—and their integration through the Celigo (iPaaS) platform into NetSuite Financials.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and IT teams. Ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in at least one of the ERP systems and the ability to learn and support other applications used in the printing and contract fulfillment industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Support & Administration
    • Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues across IQMS, Radius, Label Traxx, Celigo, and NetSuite.
    • Manage application configuration, setup, and administration, including security roles and user permissions.
  • Integration & Data Management
    • Monitor and maintain integrations between ERP systems and NetSuite via Celigo.
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across systems.
    • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to manage data migrations, imports, and system updates.
  • Process Improvement & Optimization
    • Evaluate current workflows and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Document business processes and develop standard operating procedures.
    • Partner with department leaders to gather requirements for new features, reports, and enhancements.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Build, maintain, and distribute operational and financial reports to key stakeholders.
    • Support business teams in creating dashboards and KPIs.
  • Project Management & Change Enablement
    • Support system upgrades, new implementations, and technology rollouts.
    • Manage vendor relationships, escalate technical issues, and coordinate with external support.
    • Provide end-user training and change management support.

Required Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 5+ years of experience in business applications support, systems analysis, or ERP administration.
    • Hands-on experience with at least one of: IQMS, Radius, Label Traxx, or NetSuite.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in ERP/financial systems administration and user security management.
    • Familiarity with integration platforms (Celigo iPaaS preferred) and data workflows.
    • Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing, printing, and/or contract fulfillment industries.
    • SQL query experience and reporting tool knowledge (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
