This role offers the flexibility of remote work, with hybrid expectations for those within a commutable distance. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of patent prosecution experience, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a collaborative role that thrives in a team-based, service-oriented environment.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred.
  • 3โ€“6 years of domestic patent prosecution experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
  • Strong understanding of patent prosecution terminology, procedures, and workflow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and problem-solving ability.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Skilled in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and relevant intellectual property software.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to workload demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file domestic patent prosecution documents with the USPTO.
  • Maintain patent dockets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely deadlines.
