Job description

We are seeking a Technology Architect โ€“ Embedded Software & Industrial IoT with 10+ years of experience in embedded systems, firmware development, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Embedded C/C++, microcontrollers, RTOS, embedded Linux/Yocto, hardware interfaces, and real-time systems, preferably within the medical device domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and architect Embedded C/C++ firmware for microcontrollers using bare-metal and RTOS environments.
  • Work with hardware components including sensors, motors, valves, ADC/DAC, and PWM.
  • Develop and integrate embedded Linux using Yocto, including boot flow, system integration, and device communication.
  • Work with UART, I2C, SPI, RS-485, and SMBus communication protocols.
  • Design firmware architecture, bootloaders, firmware upgrades, diagnostics, and fault-handling mechanisms.
  • Apply real-time design principles and PID/control-system concepts.
  • Debug and troubleshoot systems across MCU firmware, Linux applications, and hardware.
  • Support integration of the main .NET application with firmware and hardware.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, QA, and systems engineering teams on architecture and integration.
  • Support embedded Linux security, Docker/containerization, and system-level integration.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of overall experience with strong embedded software experience.
  • Expert-level Embedded C/C++ development.
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, bare-metal, and RTOS.
  • Strong experience with Embedded Linux and Yocto.
  • Experience with hardware interfaces and protocols: UART, I2C, SPI, RS-485, SMBus.
  • Knowledge of firmware architecture, bootloaders, firmware updates, diagnostics, and real-time systems.
  • Strong debugging and system-integration skills.
