Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years total experience, including 5+ years in tech project management (preferably in Financial Services)
  • Proven experience in Cybersecurity Project Management (IAM, PAM, IGA, IAA, DP, Security Ops)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in matrixed environments and stakeholder engagement
  • Delivery-focused mindset with strong analytical skills
 
Proficiency in:
  • MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Clarity PPM
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • PowerBI, Tableau
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in demand & capacity management
Certifications: PMP strongly preferred
