Job description

We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a leading Company located in the Atlanta, GA surrounding area.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working on various large mission-critical data centers with key clients. These projects will involve designing the building infrastructure to support cutting-edge AI and IoT initiatives. Specifically involved with large site developments, wet and dry utility distribution, and overall permitting requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple A/E projects in the life sciences sector.
  • Be the prime consultant and manage outside sub-consultants such as architects, structural and civil engineers.
  • Focused on all aspects of project work from planning through construction, including client meetings and presentations to ensuring continued understanding of the client's needs.
  • Writing proposals, estimating A/E fees, and presenting qualifications of teams.
  • Manage schedules and budgets for multiple projects.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with 7+ years in project management.
  • Previous project manager in either mission-critical data centers, life sciences, academic, or commercial.
  • Knowledge of MEP/FP, architectural, or Structural systems/components. (will consider architects, structural, mechanical, electrical, or civil engineers with experience managing large teams in a consultant environment).
  • Prior experience in project management in an E, A, or A/E consulting firm.
  • Understanding of Civil Engineering and site development is a plus.
