What do we ask?
  • Perform precision deburring and hand-finishing of medical device components using established processes, tools, and equipment.
  • Enhance surface finishes to meet strict blueprint specifications, often achieving sub-30nm Ra requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Supervisors, Engineering, and Quality Control teams to improve final part quality and prevent defects.
  • Apply strong problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement in both quality and process efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by following all safety rules and established work practices.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative, team-focused culture.
  • Support special plant projects and perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs.

Who are we looking for?
The preferred candidate will have a High School Diploma (GED) with two years of experience in a machine shop environment and one year of metal finishing
Experience with buffing and polishing metal parts and be able to consistently follow prescribed methods and processes
Possess the ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Strong critical thinking skills and have the ability to communicate effectively the ability to read instructions in English
Have the ability to read instructions in English and documents as small as 8-font size & be able to sit/stand for long periods during an 8-hour shift
This is a full time, on site position, scheduled Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
The pay range for this role is $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a criminal background check and physical screening.
