Job description

Eaton's ES AMER NAS division is currently seeking a Program Manager, Orientation and Engagement. This remote role can sit anywhere within the United States, with a preference for candidates located in Moon Township, PA; Arden, NC; Beachwood, OH; or Raleigh, NC. The position will travel approximately 25% of the time.
What you'll do:
The Program Manager supports the execution and coordination of Sales Enablement programs across Orientation, engagement, and recognition for NAS and Querétaro, MX. As support to the Manager, Sales Enablement, Onboarding & Engagement, this role manages logistics, communications, and tracking for initiatives such as Power Start Orientation, Division Commercial Communications, President's Club and Golden Ion Awards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience. This role will also support the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement in the development of toolkits and other resources for Sales Leader onboarding. Partnering with cross-functional teams, the role drives strong program delivery and continuous improvement to enhance employee readiness and engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
Power Start orientation:
  • Manage end-to-end coordination and delivery of Power Start Orientation sessions, ensuring consistent and high-quality onboarding experience for NAS and MCO employees
  • Own participant communications, logistics, and tracking, ensuring seamless execution and strong engagement throughout the onboarding process
  • Partner with facilitators and stakeholders to maintain alignment of content to current business priorities and organizational updates
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing feedback and performance metrics, implementing enhancements to improve onboarding effectiveness and time-to-productivity
  • Support integration of Power Start with other onboarding and enablement programs to ensure a cohesive learning experience across audiences

Sales leader onboarding development:
  • Support Sr Manager, Sales Enablement in development of toolkits and other resources

Division commercial connection strategy:
  • Lead coordination and execution of division-level engagement cadence, including monthly and quarterly touchpoints across NAS
  • Own and maintain the centralized calendar of commercial engagement activities, ensuring visibility, alignment, and prioritization across teams
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Pricing, Legal, HR, etc.) to align content, messaging, and participation for engagement activities
  • Develop agendas, materials, and communications to support effective and consistent execution of division engagements
  • Track engagement outcomes, participation, and follow-ups, proactively identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and consistency
  • Support alignment with Corporate Communications to ensure cohesive messaging across all engagement activities

Engagement programs:
  • Provide support for President's Club and Golden Ion Award programs
  • Coordinate logistics and program execution for President's Club, including venue coordination, vendor management, attendee tracking, and onsite operational support
  • Support communications and participant experience, managing invitations, winner communications, travel coordination, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for attendees
  • Maintain planning timelines and track key milestones, ensuring deliverables are met, escalating risks as needed, and supporting overall program readiness
  • Assist with reporting and program tracking, partnering with Sales Excellence and program leads to compile data, monitor participation, and support post-event analysis

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement, human resources, marketing and/or communications, or related function or field
  • Relocation is not available. Candidates must currently reside within the United States to be considered.
