We Are Looking to Add a Key Member to Our Invoicing Solutions team!

Ownership of invoicing related duties. This position will serve as a go to for teammates for system expertise, problem solving, assisting, and completing requests. The primary responsibilities of the Invoicing Solution Specialist I position will consist of processing manual invoices, processing invoice requests, setting up invoicing features and providing general invoicing assistance to all business units.

As an Invoicing Solutions Specialist, you will:

Primary individual to timely manage the daily request and communication flow with internal team members through various platforms including but not limited to:

  • Processing Salesforce Work Orders from applicable queue, communicating needed information or questions to requestors, answering incoming calls and emails and managing the manual invoice worklist, resolving within applicable metrics
  • Communicate invoicing concepts in simple language to establish understanding with team members and customers
  • Collaborate with team members within GreatAmerica to identify appropriate solutions to meet Customer needs
  • Establish working relationships with requestors to support collaboration and timely completion of tasks
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of GreatAmerica applications used to complete the invoicing process
  • Edit Invoicing Reports and features; Asset Level Billing, Spreadsheet Invoicing, Period Covered, Current Only and Consolidated Billing
  • Leverage Microsoft Excel functionality including basic formulas and pivot tables to independently create and adjust spreadsheet-based invoices and reports
  • Edit Existing Data Warehouse queries to obtain necessary invoice data for spreadsheet creation
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and leads by example, inspiring others to do their best work
  • Craft clear and friendly written and oral communications, including email, with an emphasis on maintaining a positive and professional tone reflective of GreatAmerica's values
  • Ensures all procedural steps are completed accurately

Education and Experience

Computer Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Products, primarily Word and Excel. General understanding of queries, pivot tables and vlook up is preferred but not required
