Customer Service Representatives are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. They leverage comprehensive knowledge of all company products and programs to address inquiries effectively. Primary Duties:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer order status and product knowledge.
  • Process customer orders, changes, and returns following departmental policies and procedures.
  • Answer incoming calls, assist customers with quoting, order entry, order processing, invoicing, and maintain comprehensive record-keeping.
