Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the family owned landscape company. This role involves managing office operations, handling client communications, maintaining records, and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient business operations. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Strong communication skills over email and on the phone. Maintain and organize company files, records, and databases. Heavy data entry, auditing files, scheduling and invoicing. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial procedures. Familiarity with the landscaping industry is a plus.
