Accounts Payable Specialist Consultant - Onsite Anaheim, CA - $29-34/HOUR
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? This is an opportunity to join a leading aerospace manufacturing organization supporting critical aviation and defense operations. This short-term onsite assignment offers the chance to make an immediate impact while working with a collaborative team.
Who you are:
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience, including high-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching.
  • Proficient with accounting systems such as SAP, IFS, or similar ERP platforms, along with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy.
What you’ll do:
  • Process, review, and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Perform 3-way matching, resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable records and ensure timely payment processing in a high-volume environment.
