POSITIONS:

  • Estimating: requires multi-trade bid management and take-off experience
  • Office/Operations: Accounting, customer service, data entry, multi-line phones, facility management, and office supply management experience is sought. Reports to Business Operations Manager and facilitates with other projects that impact the company.
  • Project Coordinator: contract and change order management, filing preliminary lien notices, billing/AIA experience, submittals, vendor invoice data entry and client meeting minute skills are required.
  • Project Manager: previous commercial construction project management skills are mandatory including maintaining schedules, reviewing project plans and specifications, maintaining communications with client and all project team members, managing budgets, approving invoices, and facilitating contract and change orders.
  • Superintendent: previous experience as a commercial construction superintendent is sought, candidate will travel throughout Phoenix/Metro area, generate all daily required reporting, host and maintain Toolbox Talks meetings, maintain construction safety and schedule, and communicate with Project Team.
  • Steel Erector: must be 18+ years of age, available to work within the US, seeking 1+ year experience erecting pre-engineered buildings or metal cladding.
  • Steel Erector Foreman: Ready to step up to the next level of steel erection? Please apply for our Foreman position if you have multiple years experience working as a Steel Erector and have started to receive training in managing crews.

REQUIRED:

All candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and hold and maintain a valid Arizona Driver's License.
