Job Title: Accountant Assistant IV / Legal Invoice Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite/Hybrid if applicable)
Employment Type: Contract | Potential Extension
Duration: 6 Months

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Accountant Assistant IV / Legal Invoice Analyst to support invoice auditing, research, and accounts payable-related processes. This role is ideal for professionals with strong analytical skills, invoice compliance experience, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, audit, and code legal invoices for billing compliance
  • Identify discrepancies and document findings for resolution
  • Communicate with internal teams and billing contacts
  • Support invoice management and AP-related processes
  • Conduct research, reporting, and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, AP, Invoice Auditing, or Financial Analysis
  • Experience with Accounts Payable / Invoice Management Systems
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Analytical, auditing, and documentation experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus
