This role ensures the safe, efficient, and cost-effective receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products while maintaining high levels of customer service. The Distribution Center coordinator manages operational budgets, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Preference will be given to qualified candidates with a passion for the craft brewing industry. Your missions will be : Oversee all warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns, Ensure daily operational execution meets service level requirements, Monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization, and warehouse capacity, Coordinate transportation and logistics activities with internal and external partners, Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes, Manage stock levels to support customer demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory, Partner with Supply Chain Planning and Procurement to support inventory strategies, Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions, Develop and manage operating budgets, Control labor, transportation, warehouse, and operating expenses, Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, Support EBITDA and profitability objectives through operational improvements, Ensure products are handled, stored, and shipped according to quality standards, Support customer satisfaction by achieving order accuracy and on-time delivery targets, Lead investigations and corrective actions related to customer complaints, quality incidents, and non-conformances, Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Root Cause Analysis methodologies to improve processes, Drive warehouse optimization initiatives related to productivity, safety, inventory, and service, Implement best practices and standard operating procedures.
