We are looking for a driven Customer Sales Representative who enjoys being out in the field, starting conversations, and helping customers discover better service options for their home or business.
In this role, you will work directly within local neighborhoods and business districts introducing customers to new telecommunications services. Rather than sitting behind a desk, you will be actively engaging with customers, educating them on new service packages, and helping them upgrade or enroll in services that improve their connectivity and entertainment experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet customers in person throughout your assigned territory
- Introduce current promotions for phone, internet, and TV services
- Start conversations with potential customers and identify service needs
- Explain bundle options, pricing plans, and promotional offers
- Assist customers through the sign up and service activation process
- Build a pipeline of new customers through referrals and local outreach
- Maintain daily activity goals and personal sales targets
