Your Future Team
As part of our dedicated wealth management team in Denver, you'll be joining a practice founded in 1984 and built on four core principles: always acting in the best interest of the client, providing straightforward fees, maintaining transparent communication, and giving every client personalized service. Our team takes pride in creating personalized financial plans tailored to each client's specific goals, never cookie-cutter solutions and never proprietary product sales. We serve as fiduciaries, offering services ranging from retirement planning to social security analysis. You'll be part of a collaborative, client-focused environment where success is measured by helping others achieve their financial goals. You will report to the Senior Wealth Advisor.
What You'll Do
Trading & Portfolio Implementation
  • Execute trades across client accounts in accordance with portfolio models and advisor direction
  • Ensure accurate and timely trade settlement and reconciliation
  • Monitor cash levels and raise cash for distributions, fees, and rebalancing
  • Assist with portfolio rebalancing and implementation of investment strategies
  • Coordinate with custodians to resolve trade-related issues

Cash Management & Client Transactions
  • Process client withdrawals, distributions, and money movements
  • Coordinate ACH, wire requests, and check disbursements
  • Verify funding availability and ensure documentation for all transactions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues with custodians and clients

Client Service & Support (Post-Market Hours Focus)
  • Support the team with client service requests after market close
  • Help with account maintenance, service follow-ups, and client inquiries
  • Help ensure accurate completion of client requests
  • Provide a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions

Account Maintenance & Operations
  • Open, update, and maintain client accounts across systems
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio management systems
  • Help with account linking, beneficiary updates, and banking instructions
  • Support reporting and data accuracy across platforms

Compliance & Documentation
  • Maintain proper documentation for trades, distributions, and client requests
  • Help with compliance tracking for client transactions and correspondence
  • Ensure all activities meet practice and regulatory standards

Team & Operational Support
  • Collaborate with advisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Help with process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Provide backup support for administrative tasks

What You'll Bring
  • 1 or more years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or trading operations preferred
  • Experience with custodial platforms such as Schwab is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of trading workflows, cash management, and account operations
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems such as Black Diamond is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling client information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality service
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
