Job description

Real Estate Investment & Business Development Agent
Location: San Antonio, TX
Real Estate License: Current license preferred, but not required - willingness to obtain one is required
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and close deals.
This isn't a traditional residential real estate role built around open houses and waiting for leads. We're looking for a proven networker and business developer who already has relationships within the San Antonio business and investment community-and sees an opportunity to leverage those relationships in a new way.
Our brokerage works across both residential and commercial real estate, with a particular strength in serving investors, entrepreneurs, and business owners. Through an established and exclusive network of buyers and investors, we're able to connect people, properties, capital, and opportunities.
The right person may already be in real estate-or they may come from an adjacent industry and be ready for a change.
Who We're Looking For
You may currently work in:
  • Business development or outside sales
  • Commercial lending, banking, mortgage or financial services
  • Title, insurance or other real estate-related services
  • Construction, development or property services
  • Professional services working with business owners and investors
  • Another relationship-driven industry where your network is one of your greatest assets

Your specific background matters less than your track record.
You know how to walk into a room, build genuine relationships, uncover opportunities, follow up, negotiate, and get deals across the finish line. You're self-directed, comfortable creating your own opportunities, and have already proven that you're willing to work for results.
What You'll Do
  • Develop new real estate opportunities through networking, referrals and existing relationships.
  • Work with investors, entrepreneurs, business owners, buyers and sellers across residential and commercial opportunities.
  • Identify potential investment properties, acquisitions, dispositions and off-market opportunities.
  • Leverage the brokerage's existing network of buyers and investors to help connect opportunities with capital.
  • Build your own book of business while benefiting from the experience, relationships and resources of an established broker.
  • Become a trusted real estate resource within the San Antonio investment and business community.

What Makes This Different
You don't necessarily have to leave your network or professional relationships behind to make a career change.
Your network may be exactly what makes you successful here.
We're looking for someone who wants to take the relationships, reputation and business-development skills they've already built and apply them to a field where those connections can create significant opportunity.
If you've already proven you can network, sell, negotiate and close, we can help you learn the real estate side.
Already licensed? Great. Not licensed yet? We're open to the right person who is willing to obtain their Texas real estate license.
