Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic HR leadership.
  • Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
  • Champion the company's culture, values, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
  • Lead HR integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
  • Partner with leaders across multiple locations to support a high-performing, engaged workforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Experience leading HR for a multi-state organization with approximately 1,000 employees or more.
  • Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, and change management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
  • Experience supporting field-based and geographically dispersed workforces.
  • Oilfield services, energy, industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience strongly preferred.

Leadership Profile

The successful candidate will be:

  • A servant leader who genuinely cares about people and culture.
  • A trusted advisor to executives, managers, and employees.
  • Highly relational with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Experienced in helping organizations navigate growth and change while maintaining cultural alignment.
  • Comfortable operating within a values-based, faith-friendly environment.
