Associate Director, Trust & Investment Services

Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Trust & Investment Services for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development and relationship management efforts for the Wealth Management & Trust Department.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage trust and investment officers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow trust and investment business.
  • Oversee trust administration, investment management, and complex client relationships.
  • Collaborate with bank partners to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, banking regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage departmental performance, reporting, and staff development.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of trust, investment management, or wealth management experience.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills.
  • MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP designation preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of trust administration and investment markets preferred.
