As a Barron’s Top 100 RIA firm and voted Best Places to Work by Fortune, Pacific Coast Business Times, Inc. If you are ready to elevate your career in a leading wealth management company with a commitment to giving back to the community and expanding nationally, let’s go! Our ideal candidate is a financial professional with hustle and a couple of years of experience working in a wealth management supportive role. You define ambition, have a sense of adventure, and a passion for purpose, both in life and in your approach to helping clients navigate their financial decisions. If you can articulate your proven success in a demanding supportive financial role, steering client relationships that drive results, we want to hear from you, ASAP!

As a Wealth Advisor Associate, your service-oriented nature and impeccable attention to detail are critical in supporting a Lead Advisor on business development efforts and two Wealth Advisors who are focused on delivering our comprehensive service model. You’re articulate, polished, and have an aptitude for financial vernacular. Extremely analytical and a great listener, you will master data gathering, drafting goals, and creating financial plans that speak to the clients in “their” language. Your commitment to making a positive impact in other people’s lives parallels your drive for personal and professional growth.

Mission Wealth has offered 360-degree wealth management services to affluent families since 2000. Our dynamic planning process ensures that every piece of the puzzle is put into place as our clients’ lives unfold and their needs evolve. • Participate in client meetings: Conduct data gathering, case design, and scenario building
  • Manage ongoing client service, create sales presentations, and manage the process of onboarding new clients
  • Speak your mind, have your voice heard, innovate, and streamline existing processes
  • Grow yourself personally and professionally with the support of your team and upper management with the goal of advancing into a Senior Wealth Advisor Associate and then a Wealth Advisor role after succeeding in the supporting Associate position

What You Bring as Wealth Advisor Associate:

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in a financial support role, ideally within wealth management
  • Desire to achieve the Certified Financial Planner or Chartered Financial Analyst designation
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong knowledge base across investments, economics, accounting, and financial planning
  • Proficient with the full MS Office Suite; ability to create complex and impactful presentations/analysis
  • Familiar with Schwab Advisor Center, Fidelity Wealthscape, Salesforce, MoneyGuide, E-Money, Tamarac AdvisorView, Holistiplan, and Hidden Levers
  • Outstanding ability to communicate, present, and influence your team and clients
  • Must have Series 65 OR pass Series 65 exam within 90 days of employment and achieve the AWMA and AAMS designations within 9 months of employment
  • A sincere desire to make a difference not only in your client's lives but in the world, demonstrated through your own volunteer journey

Job Type: Full-time, salaried non-exempt

Location: This position is based out of our office in Dedham, MA. This is an in-office position.

Salary: $80,000 base, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments

Please submit your cover letter and resume outlining your detailed experience of proven success within wealth management. Be sure to share one of your favorite volunteer projects too! We offer a competitive salary, team-based compensation plan, defined pathways to equity partner in the firm, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401(k)/Profit Sharing, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), Family Medical Leave (FMLA), Sabbaticals, wellness benefits, and ongoing educational reimbursements.
