You will be the key legal advisor, guiding the company through complex legal landscapes with confidence and clarity. The ideal candidate is a seasoned legal professional with a passion for corporate law, excellent judgment, and a collaborative spirit ready to tackle diverse legal challenges.
Duties
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel across all business units, including contracts, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements to protect the company's interests while fostering positive business relationships.
  • Stay current on relevant laws and regulations to advise leadership on potential impacts and necessary adjustments to company policies.
  • Lead internal investigations and manage external legal relationships with law firms or regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Develop and implement policies that promote ethical practices and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives by conducting due diligence and advising on legal implications.
  • Educate staff at all levels about legal risks and best practices to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active license to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Extensive experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, or related fields; prior experience as in-house counsel is preferred.
