Job Description

The Senior Associate will join Invesco's Private Markets Product - US Wealth, Real Estate team, with primary responsibility for developing and delivering clear, compelling marketing and messaging for private real estate strategies designed for the U.S. wealth channel.

While the role is part of the broader Invesco Private Markets platform, the core of the responsibilities will be focused on how private real estate strategies are positioned, articulated, and visually presented to financial advisors and investors. This includes translating complex private fund structures, portfolio construction concepts, and investment strategies into high-quality, accessible materials across presentations, written content, email, and digital formats. The role will also have the opportunity to get involved in other aspects of Product such as product strategy and product development.

The role requires strong editorial judgment, visual sensibility, and a solid understanding of private markets, with the ability to speak intelligently about different private markets asset classes and strategies and clearly position private real estate within a broader private markets allocation and within retail and wealth management investment portfolios more broadly.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Develop and refine core messaging and positioning for private real estate strategies offered through the wealth channel.

  • Translate complex private real estate investment concepts into clear, advisor- and investor-friendly narratives.

  • Partner with Marketing to ensure high-quality visual presentation and effective storytelling.

  • Create and maintain presentations, commentaries, FAQs, talking points, and digital materials.

  • Articulate how private real estate compares with and complements other private markets asset classes such as private equity and private credit.

  • Collaborate with Investment Teams, Client PMs, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

  • Incorporate feedback from Sales and clients into iterative improvements to messaging and materials.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

  • 4-6 years of experience in financial services with a focus on marketing and communications.

  • Familiarity with private markets, private fund structures, or the financial advisor market is preferred.

  • Experience or exposure to private real estate is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to communicate differences across private markets asset classes.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $130K to $150K annually.
