What You'll do
As an Inventory Analyst you will be responsible for uploading physical inventory counts for all stores, as well as working in conjunction with AP, Purchasing, IT, and DC Operations to verify inventory integrity and making corrections as needed. This position also reports on various aspects of the business as needed, helping to aide in decision making and improvements in practices.
  • Responsible for analyzing inventory data to report findings from store, DC, and internet inventories on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Research missed receiving for AP and DLPS.
  • Aid DLPS in research and analysis of inventory variances.
  • Support stores with questions about receiving and inventory.
  • Create and analyze reports essential for inventory research and the 1301 account.
  • Assist with duplicate payment into the shrink account.
  • Assist with creating and implementing SOPs for receiving, purchasing, and inventory processes.
  • Work alongside a team of talented professionals who are passionate about their work and strive for excellence every day.
  • Act as a trusted internal partner across departments to collaborate on initiatives projecting positive business outcomes.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments.

Essential Qualities for Success
  • At least 3 years of data analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

The pay range for this position is $45,00 - $48,700 annualized and is bonus eligible. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs.
