SUMMARY

The Project Execution Manager supports global sales and operations teams in the execution of large-scale projects and management of key accounts. This role focuses on strengthening client relationships, coordinating across regional sales entities and production facilities, and ensuring efficient, on-time project delivery. The position collaborates with ERP system specialists to monitor material flow, develop reporting tools, and contribute to engineering and execution strategies that improve service levels and operational performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support global sales teams in the execution and delivery of complex projects
  • Contribute to closing project orders by presenting integrated service solutions aligned with project requirements
  • Communicate service level expectations and inventory needs to internal sales and distribution teams
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with project stakeholders, including internal teams and customer site personnel, to ensure alignment on material flow and delivery timelines
  • Develop and communicate forecasting models for project demand and execution planning
  • Maintain strong communication between fabrication, manufacturing, and installation teams
  • Support bid and proposal processes by collaborating with production teams to identify cost-effective delivery strategies
  • Ensure that project execution meets defined service, quality, and customer requirements
  • Allocate and coordinate appropriate resources to support end-to-end project management
  • Maintain consistent communication with key stakeholders and participate in critical project meetings
  • Support expediting activities with manufacturing sites and coordinate product delivery across multiple projects
  • Monitor order fulfillment progress and actively resolve critical issues impacting delivery or execution
  • Contribute to ERP reporting tools to improve visibility into material flow and project performance metrics
  • Perform additional duties as required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated experience supporting logistics and material supply for large-scale or complex projects
  • Advanced proficiency working within ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to track and manage project data and material flow
  • Strong experience working across international or cross-functional teams in project execution environments
  • Fluent in English; additional language capabilities considered an asset
  • Understanding of technical products, applications, and related end markets
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and project requirements effectively

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Proven experience in project execution, operations, or technical sales support environments
