An Inventory Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing an organization's inventory systems and processes. They develop strategies to ensure efficient inventory control, minimize excess stock, and reduce costs while meeting customer and production needs. Their duties often include analyzing inventory data, collaborating with supply chain and procurement teams, implementing inventory management software, and developing policies to maintain accurate stock records.
