Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:

  • Order all Merchandising equipment and racks for:
    • Pride Stores
    • Remodels
    • NTI's & R&R's
      • Work with real estate on make sure sites are correctly ordered
  • Manage all equipment rollouts
    • THC coolers
    • Conversions from TH pop over/under to gondola
    • Pusher and other equipment rollouts
  • Manage equipment needs for all stores
    • Order, track, and communicate all ordering needs
      • Includes working with OPS on receiving
  • Manage all AFE's tied to Merchandising equipment
    • NTI's, Remodels, rollouts, and manage RDO spend on site equipment needs
  • Coordinate and manage all contractors related to merchandising needs
    • MSCO - Reset timing for NTI, R&R, Remodels, and Pride Tours
    • Identify needs for electrical, plumbing, etc.. during rollouts and store activities
  • Assist with Merchandising CADS for facilities
  • Forward Thinking
    • Create equipment ordering forms for Merch teams as needed
    • Create Merch Rollout package for NTI, Remodels, Acquisitions, etc.. that combines all standard needs per store
    • Create Trend reporting on site/market level ordering
    • Meet and work with suppliers to bring new opportunities to Merch and Facilities
    • Build an understanding of issues each CM faces and work on resolutions to enhance sales and customer experience
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing all other related results as needed.
    • Report and escalate to management as needed.
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management or related field preferred.
  • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills needed.
  • Customer service and detailed oriented.
  • Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
