Job description

Summary

Managed daily material movements, including material issuance and receipt activities related to AOI purchasing and inline production work order returns. Ensured timely and accurate processing of all material transactions while maintaining proper custody of inventory to prevent loss or damage. Conducted monthly and annual physical inventory counts and followed departmental procedures for inventory operations, including goods receipt and goods issue, in accordance with material storage requirements to ensure proper handling and control of inventory materials.

Job Duties

· Manage all types of Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions accurately and timely within the inventory system.

· Perform periodic physical inventory counts, including monthly cycle counts and annual inventory audits.

· Support and facilitate inventory transactions and tracking activities using SAP/MES inventory modules.

· Maintain proper custody and control of inventory materials to prevent loss, damage, or discrepancies.

· Ensure inventory floor and storage shelves are organized, clean, and maintained in accordance with safety and storage requirements.

· Follow company inventory procedures and work instructions to ensure accurate inventory management and material handling.

· Report any questions, concerns, or issues to the Supervisor or Section Manager in a timely manner

    • High school/ GED
  • Experience:
    • 2 to 3 years of working experience with electronic parts/ components inventory management preferred
    • Microsoft office
    • Detailed oriented; ability to handle electronics parts

Work Schedule

This position supports multi-shift, multi-location operations.

Candidates may choose or be assigned to one of the following shifts based on business needs:

1st Shift: 7AM – 4 PM

2nd Shift: 1 PM – 10 PM

3rd Shift: 10 PM – 7 AM

Shift assignments, overtime, weekend work, and schedule changes may be required based on operational needs.
