Schedule:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM


Now Hiring: Inventory Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead daily inventory operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing inventory control activities, supervising Inventory Clerks, ensuring inventory accuracy, coordinating material transactions, and supporting multi-shift operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, inventory management experience, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily inventory operations, including material issuance and receipt activities.
  • Oversee Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) transactions to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • Lead and support Inventory Clerks with daily inventory tasks and operational execution.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory activities.
  • Utilize SAP/MES systems to track inventory transactions and material movements.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate staffing and workflow based on operational requirements.
  • Ensure inventory materials are stored, handled, and maintained according to company procedures.
  • Maintain organized inventory areas and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Planning, and Management teams to support operational goals.
  • Assist with process improvements and inventory control initiatives.
  • Report operational issues, risks, and inventory concerns to management.
Qualifications
  • Associate Degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience managing electronic parts and components inventory preferred.
  • Experience with SAP, MES, or similar inventory management systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and control.
