ROLESUMMARY

The Associate Inventory Manageris responsible forassistingthe GeneralManager/Assistant General Managerinleadership and supervision of store personnel, inventorytracking and management, achieving key performancemetricsand ensuringtheefficientdailyoperation of the store. This roleis responsible forensuringregulatory compliancewhile deliveringexceptionalcustomer experience.

KEYDUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitorandmaintainstoreinventoryand ensure accuracy of inventory reporting
  • Ensure consistentregulatory compliance with all state specificregulations
  • Review, communicate and ensure compliance withall company SOPsand assure that any changes are communicated to employees
  • Conduct inventory audits and any cycle countsrequiredin partnership with the General Manager/Assistant General Manager
  • Perform system adjustments asrequiredand conduct and/orparticipatein analysis of root cause for any adjustments. Help determine,initiate, and executesubsequentcorrective actions
  • Assume all duties of a key-holding supervisor related to opening and closing procedures and basic supervision of staff
  • Maintainbrand standards in visual merchandising
  • Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations
  • Maintain professional working relationships with business partners
  • Maintainstrictconfidentialityandcompliance
  • Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management

  • High School Diplomarequired
  • Priormanagementexperience,preferably inretailand/orcustomerserviceareais aplus
