TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR DOW SKILLBRIDGE JOB OPPORTUNITES YOU MUST BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE U.S. MILITARY WITH 180 DAYS OF SERVICE OR FEWER REMAINING PRIOR TO YOUR DATE OF SEPARATION AND HAVE AT LEAST 180 CONTINUOUS DAYS OF ACTIVE SERVICE.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all items are properly logged and accounted for in the inventory system.
  • Assign resources, including equipment and materials, to various projects and efforts based on priority and project requirements.
  • Return received inventory as needed and reallocate returned parts to current efforts to minimize shortages.
  • Regularly lift, move, and organize inventory items, which may involve heavy lifting.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and resource distribution.
  • Identify opportunities for improving inventory management processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Using several computer software systems (Microsoft Office, Agile, Oracle) in order to track and research requirements for different efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
