Inventory & Logistics Specialist – Medical Devices

Location: Anaheim, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site

Are you an expert in inventory control, logistics, and operational precision within a regulated healthcare or medical device environment? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to take ownership of our inventory systems, logistics operations, RMA processes, and compliance-driven workflows.

This is not a traditional warehouse role. We are looking for a strategic operations professional who understands the complexities of the medical device industry, including Quality Assurance (QA), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), FDA/ISO compliance, and ERP-driven inventory management.

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical problem solver, an advanced Odoo user, and someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement are essential.

What You'll DoInventory & Asset Management
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for finished goods and company assets
  • Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations
  • Organize warehouse/storage operations to maximize efficiency and space utilization
  • Minimize inventory discrepancies and shrinkage
Shipping, Receiving & Logistics
  • Manage all domestic and international shipping and receiving activities
  • Ensure compliant handling and transportation of sensitive medical equipment
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and regulatory records
  • Coordinate with carriers to optimize shipping costs and service levels
RMA & Service Level Management
  • Own and manage the full RMA process from intake to resolution
  • Coordinate repairs, replacements, and product returns with technical teams
  • Ensure accurate inventory tracking for all returned merchandise
  • Monitor SLAs to ensure timely customer support and fulfillment commitments
Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance
  • Conduct incoming product inspections and quality checks
  • Maintain documentation supporting ISO 13485 and FDA compliance standards
  • Identify, quarantine, and document non-conforming products
  • Support audit readiness and process compliance initiatives
Odoo ERP & Process Optimization
  • Serve as the internal Odoo Inventory "Super User"
  • Automate workflows related to inventory, stock movement, and reporting
  • Generate inventory valuation, forecasting, and operational reports
  • Analyze supply chain data to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
SOP Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Build scalable and audit-ready operational processes
  • Lead Lean/Six Sigma style process improvement initiatives
  • Optimize warehouse layout, reorder triggers, and supply chain workflows
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 5+ years of inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience within:
    • Medical devices

    • Regulated manufacturing environments
  • Advanced Odoo ERP experience (required)
