Responsibilities:
  • Direct, control, and maintain inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials across all Chem-Trend North American facilities and warehouses.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team through training, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory control KPIs, including scrapped material, aged inventory (2+ months), obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Monitor off-site finished goods inventories to ensure compliance with shelf-life requirements.
  • Lead the month-end reconciliation process for finished goods and raw materials across all North American facilities and external warehouses.
  • Plan and coordinate annual physical inventory activities.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations required.
  • 2+ years of supervisory, team lead, or functional leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing inventory data, monitoring inventory performance, and supporting corrective actions to improve accuracy and reduce discrepancies
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory management tools.
