Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Lead material consolidation efforts to reduce storage footprint and improve warehouse efficiency.

• Conduct accurate cycle counts and support discrepancy resolution.

• Improve bin utilization, storage layout, and material flow.

• Audit and reconcile inventory in support of FANUC’s supply chain accuracy goals.

• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely.

• Generate inventory reports and provide status updates to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse or inventory control experience.

• Experience operating forklifts or material handling equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle or Ramp ERP experience (training provided).

• Experience in warehouse layout optimization or consolidation projects.
