Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)

What You Bring to the Line (Requirements):

  • Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software required
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred
  • Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
  • Forklift certification is a plus
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Basic math and computer skills required
  • Ability to read and write in English

What You'll Do (Job Duties):

  • Support production staff with inventory scanning, transactions, and inventory-related questions
  • Reconcile assembly orders and investigate inventory variances
  • Identify and correct inventory discrepancies following company procedures
  • Train employees on inventory scanning systems and provide process guidance
  • Assist the receiving department with accurate material receiving and inventory entry
  • Support physical inventories and cycle count activities
  • Maintain inventory accuracy using FIFO practices and lot tracking procedures
  • Work closely with Quality teams on product holds, recalls, and inventory issues
  • Assist with additional inventory and warehouse-related tasks as needed
