You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory flow by assigning and reallocating work across coders, sites, and operational queues to support productivity and service-level objectives. 
  • Develop and maintain inventory reporting, dashboards, and operational analyses to provide visibility into performance, trends, and business risks. 
  • Maintain resource and assignment data to ensure accurate workload distribution and operational readiness. 
  • Monitor inventory health, identify risks or bottlenecks, and partner with Operations, Data Operations, Decision Intelligence, and Program teams to drive timely resolution. 
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, forecast workload demand, and support strategic planning and business decision-making. 
  • Develop and implement process improvements and data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall business performance. 
  • Present insights, recommendations, and executive-level reporting to support operational reviews, business planning, and leadership decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in inventory management, operations, business analysis, workforce management, or a related analytical role
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques
  • Experience developing and maintaining operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
