Warehouse Associate
Any Breakers | Warehouse Operations
Full-Time | Hourly | On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory organization, stocking, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and general warehouse maintenance. This role plays a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely movement of products throughout the warehouse.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Organize and restock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
• Wrap, package, and prepare inventory for shipment
• Assist with inventory movement and material handling throughout the warehouse
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and management teams to improve operational efficiency
• Maintain and care for warehouse tools and equipment
• Scrap and remove panels and materials as directed
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
• Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned

• Continuous standing and repetitive hand motion
• Frequent lifting and movement of materials throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier items with proper equipment or team assistance

Compensation

The recruiting base pay rate for this full-time position is $21.00–$23.00 per hour.

Within the base pay range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
