  • ย Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse and inventory operations
  • Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies
  • Ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  • Maintain proper documentation of inventory movements using warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Enforce safety procedures and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes for improved productivity and space utilization
  • Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales teams to meet operational demands
  • Assist with scheduling, shift planning, and performance tracking of team members
  • Investigate and resolve inventory or operational issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse facility
  • Support implementation of process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Assist in LTL, small pack, and container loads

Requirements
