Help Guard the Magic!

At Enchanted Parks, every adventure begins at the gate-so we're looking for energetic, friendly Access Control Associates who can help keep our kingdom safe! In this role, you'll use cool electronic screening tools, monitor entry points, and help ensure that every guest and team member enters the park safely and with a smile.


What You'll Do (Your Quest Begins!)
  • Operate walk‑through screening devices, x‑ray machines, handheld wands, and other enchanted tech to safely screen guests and team members.
  • Monitor key security posts, including guest entrances, team member checkpoints, and parking areas.
  • Verify employee credentials and ensure only the right people enter restricted areas.
  • Maintain reliable, on‑time attendance-your post depends on you!
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with guests, team members, and management in person, by phone, or over radio.
  • Work as part of a supportive security team while also being able to handle tasks solo.
  • Complete accurate reports and documentation following department guidelines.
  • Help with general cleaning and upkeep of your assigned area to keep the park looking magical.
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions-sunshine, rain, heat, cold-sometimes for extended periods.
  • Perform your duties confidently and responsibly with minimal direct supervision.

  • You're outgoing, approachable, and great with guests.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using a phone and two‑way radio to communicate.

  • Comfortable working around metal detectors and x‑ray screening equipment.
  • Able to handle outdoor weather-hot, cold, sunny, rainy-whatever the day brings.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from the park.
  • Flexible schedule-nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during the peak season (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
  • Strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and able to handle moderate stress like a pro.
