Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate supports production by accurately staging, tracking, and delivering inventory while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse. This role works closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure materials are available when needed and inventory records are consistently accurate in the ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, stage, and deliver inventory to support production work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Accurately track all inventory movements using the ERP system (such as Sage or similar), ensuring records are up to date and error free.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Support inventory transfers between departments, including production, quality control, and engineering, to ensure smooth material flow.
  • Participate in daily production meetings to align on priorities, understand material needs, and adjust tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and help implement corrective actions.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including processing inbound and outbound shipments and completing required documentation.
  • Use barcode scanning and RF equipment to track inventory locations, movements, and transactions.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, when applicable, to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal use, ensuring correct quantities and proper labeling.
