Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations/Finance Coordinator to support financial receipt and material tracking across multiple field sites. This role involves managing data accuracy, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth billing and inventory processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and proficient in administrative and financial systems.
Responsibilities:
• Perform financial receipt of materials across 40+ field sites using Excel and internal systems
• Manage and track communications via Outlook and ensure timely follow-ups
• Partner with finance teams to reduce billing discrepancies and receiving errors
• Generate performance metrics and reports for field teams
• Coordinate with site personnel for physical inventory validation and reconciliation
• Support order processing and tracking within ERP systems and Oracle (if applicable)
• Analyze data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure process compliance
Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and data management tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, and order management (preferred)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret financial and technical data independently
• Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
