SUMMARY

Pohanka Lexus is seeking a Service Loaner Assistant to assist the Loaner Manager. This role ensures that our customers receive top-notch service and that our fleet of loaner vehicles is well-maintained and efficiently utilized. The Assistant should exhibit strong motivation, quick thinking, and the capability to handle tasks and projects independently. Additionally, they excel in attention to detail and maintain a highly organized approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Loaner Car Manager with daily responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile and check-in loaner vehicles
  • Assist clients with meeting their service advisor for a smooth checkout
  • Make sure all agreements are signed, vehicles are inspected, and outstanding balances are charged correctly
  • Note any damage on loaner vehicles and track their repairs, keeping everyone informed
  • Coordinate the daily loaner car assignments
  • Ensure vehicles are prepped, checked, and ready for service appointments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
  • Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear
